Strengthen the password and authentication: We must create strong and unique passwords using letters, numbers and special characters. Never share the password with anyone.

Identify and avoid phishing scams: Be cautious of urgent or suspicious emails such as pharming and spam emails. Never click any link from any unknown senders.  

Handle attachments and sensitive information with care: Don't open unexpected attachments and avoid sending sensitive information via email. Always encrypt confidential documents.

Practice safe browsing and software maintenance: Use anti-virus software: Install and regularly update trusted anti-virus software on your computer to scan all email attachments for malware before they can infect your system.
